5. NUKE for mislabled/mistagged | Exceptions: Actual release inside rars does not match the name (different movie       inside, wrong episode inside or wrong language)
6. NUKE for fake | ask netadmin to !delpre it | Exceptions: this is not pre.spam & it's actually raced on topsites. nuke for 'fake.dont.trade' !
7. TRUST NFO'S | Exceptions: REPACK reason
8. NUKE xvid because of single frame glitch | Why ? because common sense says we should not !
9. Write personal opinions | give short & objective technical flaw
10. NUKE ACCUSE P2P RELATION | why ? because we feel that any1 that can proove such thing should NOT be in scene !
11. Trust rumours | why ? because people DONT know scene rules well enough as we do. DOUBLE-CHECK everything !!
12. NUKE MP3 for bad.sound | why ? because 'bad.sound' is not a technical flaw. if you dont know what is the technical flaw, dont nuke !
13. NUKE for stolen.source | why ? because these lead to useless nukewars (ONLY an explict proof wil be exception to this rule)!

MiNOR UPDATES: mu.GRP.YYYY-MM-DD
