  Windows32 from the 1990s and 2000s. These tools are used to compress and 
  shield program assets contained in EXE/COM files from third parties, often by
  employing encryption, scrambling or compression.

  The compilation of programs was compiled by bleuge and kindly submitted to
  the website in October 2017.
