If you have the older version of the game, then snatch the file GWT-UNT.ZIP from your local UNT distribution site. Copy the file GW16TUNT.COM into the directory containing GateWorld Version 1.6. Then run it if you wish to run the trainer. The loader file GW16TUNT.COM loads up the game file GTWRLD1.EXE. If you renamed the game file or have it under a diffrent name, then rename it back to GTWRLD1.EXE. The trainer will inform you of any loading errors. Below are the interactive trainer keys : L - Increases your current lives by 1. A - Increases your current ammo by 1. C - Increases your current coins by 1. F9 - Turn the No-Touch System on - (Nothing can kill you) F10 - Turn the No-Touch System off. The lives/ammo/coins aren't updated instantly once you press the desired key, but are updated instantly in memory. So whenever you select more ammo, after firing your gun you'll notice the update on the screen. Didn't have time to play around with the screen-updating routine. The No-Touch System, once activated, makes you invincible to every creature or thing present in the game - spikes/monsters/bats/lava etc. Now if for some reason you fall into a deep pit and were supposed to die, but because you were using the trainer, didn't die and are stuck in the game, simply press F10 and that'll turn off the No-Touch System, and kill you. You'll restart on the same level. I didn't finish the game, but in all the screens I've played, this never happened to me - I'm just telling you this incase you encounter it. That's it! Have PHUN.
