We guaranteed that then without any issues being late, thus we will complete that also this time when reviving the mag. The voting system for the ranks is SO FAIR AS POSSIBLE : * We pick 5 (FIVE) inviduals from 4 groups that are active AT THE MOMENT: AOD/AMN/MSN/LT. In future, that can change if other groups wake up. * Those who selected will get a form which has fields for 24 (TWENTY-FOUR) sites ranked by 5 factors: 0.5x/1x/1.5x/2x/2.5x/3x. The list from where you have to pick those sites DON'T NOR WILL NOT exist. You have to know the sites in case of voting them. * Voters will be PLAIN ANONYMOUS * PLEASE be fair and unbiased. This mag is not nor will ever be biased. The voting system rules out any favoring since equal amount of ppl vote from every group. * !NOTE! When the first voting is complete, the 3x AND 2.5x sites will be ATTACHED for unknown amount of time. Lower ranks will be voted ONCE PER MONTH. Remember this when voting the higher ranks. * Theres always ppl who aint happy with some rank. After votings, the ranks are final for some amount of time (check above) and will NOT be edited (of course, if site is down for a long time or something similar happens..). Be happy with the ranks, they are FAIR. * EVERY ONE of these 4 groups have been asked/warned successfully of this revival. ________________________________________ 02.2 RANK NEWS - week #36 ________________________________________ * Sites are ranked 3x,2.5x,2x,1.5x,1x and 0.5x. If you weektop #1 on 2x site you get 40 points from that site. If you weektop #10 on 3x site you get 33 points.Simple ? If not, it doesn't matter; we have already been bribed and we are very, very biased. Please don't check how well we have counted the points. Thanks. * The 0.5x rank will be removed from the next issue. There will be no new voting, ranks will be just calculated again.
