PabloView for Windows --------------------- Version 0.91 Copyright (c) 2003 by Curtis Wensley aka Eto About PabloView --------------- PabloView is the result of many, MANY endless hours of work (mainly due to RIP support!!) It is the *ULTIMATE* scene viewing program, since it supports so many different formats, the ability to view Ansi just like in DOS (aspect wise & 9 pixel wide fonts), and it is very easy to use! This source code will be the start of an entirely NEW Drawing program for the formats it supports. In the near future, I will be first adding Ansi/XBin/etc drawing support to this code, and thus PabloDraw 3.0 will be born. This can be done easiest by going to http://www.windowsupdate.com , or by downloading it at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/downloads/redist.aspx Then, you can either just run the executable, or you can install it (to get file associations) by running the PabloView.msi installer file. Features -------- - Supports Ansi/Avatar/XBin/Idf/Adf/Binary/CG character files - Supports RIP vector files - Supports Jpeg/Gif/Png/Tiff/Bmp image files - Supports BAUD emulation for Ansi/CG/Rip - Baud auto-detection for Ansi/CG files - Full sauce support - Multiple zoom levels for each format - Auto-zoom to width of window - Emulates DOS aspect ratio for character (Ansi, etc) and Rip files - Emulates DOS character set with 9th pixel - Can auto-scroll window when document loaded - Supports 8x16 (80x25), 8x8 (80x50), and Amiga fonts - Can export any file to Jpeg/Gif/Png/Tiff/Bmp - Bulk export of all files in directory - Saves all preferences to disk - Runs in .NET framework 1.1 - Can view the current font and palette of character files - Can use default font/palette for Xbin/Idf/Adf files - Supports High/Medium/Low quality scaling - Can pre-generate bitmaps for viewing (slower to load, but faster scrolling) - File listing on left pane to select files to view - etc.!
