Sitting up till 2am EVERY night, and only get 5 hours sleep is NOT UNUSUAL. And why sitting up to 2 am? To either play the latest fucking game, sit and code or sit and trade stuff not to forget - or CRACK! If this only was one day in 30...but it's NOT! It's EVERY night! NO Wonder WHY all my teachers say the same thing to me "You're wasting all your good talents doing that thing" - this has my math-, chemics-, teachers said (mand a few others). The ONLY term I get GOOD grades in is EDP (I wonder why!) and History - the rest is below C. Why to people seem to think that you have to go to extremes, your lfe has to be 100% the scene or you had to quit, that is BULLSHIT. Its takes as much of your life as you allow it, if its gone too far then fine, cut back, get less involved for a while, whatever, but it doesnt have to be a choice between letting it take over your life or quitting completely. If you go out for the night and someone calls and youre not around then so what? What does it really matter? People get pissed off with me because they call me late (After midnight) and ive gone to bed because I have to be up from work, so what, let em get pissed off, is better than staying up till 2am everynight to please everyone, being shagged at work, almost losing the job and then realising that I have to quit the scene before its too late .. at least I will still be around in 12 months time .. Shit, i guess i mrambling a bit now, but so many people seem to be quitting the scene lately (not just Razor) because it is 'taking over their life' .. but only because they are letting it .. it can be just as easily stopped without having to quit completely ?!?!?! I used to think that I was capable to control it. Guess I was wrong. The situation is, that this thing has destroyed all my life the past 6 months, even though it has brought much fun. My grades has been sliding, and as a result of that, I quit. I KNOW for myself, that I can't go ANYWHERE without thinking "oh my god, Stiek Commander comes today and I'm not home" That's not just me that is reacting like this, no it's most of you guys out there, but for you, the reason is different, I mean, I think of cracking and you of spreading or supplying. Some people are able to control it. I am not. I remember three years ago...I was fucking sitting reading AT LEAST 2 hours a day...on my vacation i found out, that reading was boring. WHY? because I'd rather spend my day in front of a stupid computer, and not extend my intellectuality. Before High School, I was the second best in our class. Now I'm below middle...two years ago, I RULED the class in math, now I have a hard time keeping up. So as you might understand, it is either this bizz or my future that is at stake. I choose the right option.
