The following is a method to unprotect MultiLink Ver 2.06 to allow
booting directly from hard disk without the need to insert the
MultiLink distribution disk.

need to be replaced.
-e 2dfa f8 90 90 CALL 2F01 is replaced by CLC, NOP, NOP

-w Save the changes to disk
