I see there has been some screw-up with the charts. The beta version got out and there was some errors still left in it. Completely my fault. I was stressed like hell when releasing it. I was 3 hours late at work, and the charts were 2 days delayed. As skize pointed out, This becoze some sysops out there can't manage a childs work. The hysteria around the charts is one thing I cannot understand. People go mad When I say It will be one day delayed. They call my BBS and page me like possesed, all the time urging me to hurry. Well, there's only one thing I can say... I'm tired of having to calculate the stats, and trying to release a decent chart, then someone calls me up late and wants me to include him this month, And I have to do It all over again, just to get another call next day by someone that Begs me to include him, and I then have to start all over again, and so on. If the charts are late, it's not MY fault. The DEADLINE is the 5't every month. the RELEASE date is the 8'th every month. Sysops, UNDERSTAND that please. This month I didn't even have the time to check my release more than 10 mins before letting it go public. If a BBS doesn't leave It's stasfile, It will get "0 mb" for that month, I will include the latest stats they left me. This just bcoz the traders on that board should not lose ALL their traded creds. they simply won't have their traded megz counted for that month you don't leave your stats, but their megz will be counted for the last file you left.... So keep your traders satisfied and leave that damn file! From now on I will Except NOTHING that comes in after 5'th every month, 23:59!! Whether you like it or not. I will take the time to check everything out and If i Think that The charts need to be one or 2 days delayed, b'coz I need more time, Then It doesn't help what you say, or how much you complain. Better to have a quality chart released one day late, then a halfdone chart released just bcoz some people can't wait 24 hours more. Really nice work by SKIZE, covering me up when I was at work, and fixing those missing links and bugs that was left. A really nice guy that knows what he does. He is the official (and only) Beta-tester of the charts, and It is him i will leave the responsablity of the Dreamcharts to, when I take my vacation In Greece this summer. So the July Issue will be handled mostly by Skize. I hope the beta-version wasn't spread that much before the fix came. My apologies to all traders out there. I will quit my job in 2 months and get even more time to make the charts better. Like adding a GROUP-TOP, a VOTE-section, a WORLD-chart with boards from the states, germany, poland e.tc. Stop people from cheating, make a SPEED door that counts speed in other ways that just how many megz you get Ul'ed each month, and whatever more I can think of. Just be patient and we'll make this chart a real diamond.
