First off, · │ │ │ one of our senior members, Wiggley, has left for Malice, so we │ │ │ │ bid farewell to him. To replace his place will be DJZ, another │ │ │ │ member who has proven himself capable of holding this position. │ │ │ │ │ │ │ │ We have also accepted a few new members; we welcome ZoRM, Lurch, │ │ │ │ Reap, Hangman and Neurosis into the group. We have also now │ │ │ │ established our internet hq, Aircastle, and many thanks goes to │ │ │ │ Speedoman for quitting Masters/Ace/Demolition/Distinct to be a │ │ │ │ powerful addition to our group. │ │ │ │ │ │ │ │ If you are looking to apply to Digital Traders, make sure you │ │ │ │ have our application generator, and fill it out. There are slots │ │ │ │ open for the following positions : │ │ │ │ │ │ │ │ 1. Board Couriers - Dedicated consistent couriers who could move │ │ │ │ 15+ megs a day to their assigned board(s). │ │ │ │ 2. I-Net Couriers - Fast couriers who could move 20+ megs a day to│ │ │ │ their assigned site(s). They must also be able│ │ │ │ to offer on irc if requested to do so. │ │ │ │ 3. Artists/Coders - Quality artists who are able to draw on demand│ │ │ │ and must have experience in ansi/ascii/vga. │ │ │ │ Quality coders who can do loaders or other │ │ │ │ group programs on demand. Must have experience│ │ │ │ 4. Multinode Sites - Multi-node boards who are wishing to become │ │ │ │ affiliated to DGt must have a sysop that is │ │ │ │ willing to commit some of their time to the │ │ │ │ group. All of our sysops are currently │ │ │ │ contributing to the success of the group. │ │ │ │ FTP Sites on the internet who are wishing to │ │ │ │ become trading sites for our couriers must │ │ │ │ also have site-ops who are willing to commit │ │ │ │ some of their time to the group. They must │ │ │ │ also have a fast 50kb/s+ transfer rate. │ │ │ │ 5. Headquarters - Fast multinode US/European boards who want to │ │ │ │ become headquarters for DGt. Their sysops MUST │ │ │ │ be very active in helping the group to become │ │ │ │ much better. │ │ │ │ │ │ │ │ We would much prefer our applicants to not be in any other groups │ │ │ │ except for DGt and the elite groups of the scene. If there are │ │ │ │ any questions, you could ask one of our senior members. │ │ │ │ │ │ │ │ You can get our application generator from any one of our members │ │ │ │ in #dgt, or by sending e-mail to one of our senior staff.
