General Guidelines To Be Understood Before Admittance of Anyone to RiSC ----------------------------------------------------------------------- irc logged session => Ok well you do understand that in risc we work in a team.. => Everyone is real cool with each other.. => No fights ever... => Everyone gets along.. etc => And everyone supports each other. => And stick up for one another.. => And we also act very maturely.. cool headed, you know. => None of the hyper stuff.. etc. => And lastly we dont go around with ego's bashing other grps left and right and causing fights. => We are mature and get a lot of respect because of it. => And these are just some ideals we go by... => I know you are young, but we have others who are young as well but are very cool headed. => One of our traders of the month award's in fact went too a very young guy much younger than you are. :) => But he is a really cool very nice, cool headed, gets along with everyone kind of guy. => Well couriering power is a very good thing.. => But that is where the other groups stop at. => We take a traders attitude into account... => Is the guy cool headed, can he work in a team helping everyone out. Be a part of the crew... fit in. => That pretty much describes how we operate. => We take the experienced guys out there, or in some rare cases... people who have potential... and let them work together and make up a very elite crew. => RiSC is really impartial about the release grps everyone is in. => We are "neutral ground" as far as release grps. => No one screws with anyone else over their release grps or goes bashing. => If someone says "well razor releases this and this.." => And you are in some competeting group of razor. => Our team does not go "Razor sucks.. you should be in this.." => Everyone respects each other... => And if that can't be doone that then he/she (trader) does not being in RiSC. => And we are very serious about this stuff... => MGD was a very good trader but he kept on pulling crap all the time, we finally asked him to resign. Regardless of how good of a trader he is. => The team can't work together if people keep pissing each other off. => Listen we take all this attitude stuff very seriously.. => I mean RiSC is a big step from these other groups it means you've eached a certain level of maturity in the scene. => Not just inside interacting with other risc guys, but also outside. When you are in these other channels, that attitude must be kept at all times. Being cool, supporting your fellow guys, and not knocking on other people inside or => out of risc. => Ok, just acting cool inside and outside of RiSC. => And it isn't something that should be artifical or anything, I mean this is just being cool you know. => The real way you get respect in the warez scene, which you will find out eventually, is acting with real class. => Class, meaning... just you are a real high quality guy, you keep your word, you're cool with everyone... just that. => If you keep up with that mindset everything will go right for you in the scene. => And you know I'm not trying to lecture you or anything, I'm just giving you some good advice... => And lastly, this is the way RiSC has always operated and will always operate. So this is serious stuff with our grp... => Thats about it.
