I found about 30 checksums, all of them executing certain routines based on the sum values so I decided to leave them alone, instead my patch resides in the memory area that is not checked. Another reason for this is the fact that crack patch for removing all the checksums would be way to big, and I'm a total novice in a ways how to patch exe files. So my patch is located in the areas which are occupied by texts, the real mode part in the text about windows (which is not used at all as DPMI support got disabled by the authors) and the protected mode part in the text about low memory. So if you don't have enough memory to run the game (about 3 megs) the text will be a bit fucked up but still readable. Sorry about that. I did the crack just to help my old group, I used WinIce 95 (believe me, you wouldn't like to see how fast the game is under Windows DPMI...) as I don't have any other pmode debugger. That's all, I hope the game will work for you...If not, ask some real pc cracker to fix it ;).
