Scene Notice - The Truth About Purity 2012   for Independent (IND)   by Purity

In the past few months most of the active scenesters in the mp3 scene may have noticed a new group called PURiTY and pretty much most of you do not like them for one reason - they do not share their content with you, but they do share the global pre. So you not only just do not get the releases of their, but also most of the other groups has to pre internals of the same stuff, so it could be shared with the mp3 community. Now, PURiTY pretty much stated the same message in every .nfo of their stuff that they do not share their releases because of the insecurity and big P2P activity, leaks and etc. That is all understandable. But... But, in 2012-12-25 PURiTY released an internal with a notice for all of us. Lets quote: Chugunny_Skorohod-Pidory_Idut-READNFO-MERRY_XMAS-WEB-RU-2012-PURiTY_iNT "Release Notes: 1. First of all Merry Christmas. 2. Unfortunately I found our releases leaked, atleast one for now. But I know interesting fact about it. Recently we sended some releases to QMI guys by their request. And what we c? tranceroute.com/torrent-104119.html these release one of releases we sended. So for me its mostly obvious, QMI connected to p2p directly or inderectly and thats sad. 3. Its 2000 release 4. Noone care. Fuck Off Unfortunately, all our releases used to hit P2P and other public places within a moment after pre. That is not what we intend with our releases. That is not our intention with the scene. Those days are counted. We do not stand for P2P. We found this new group on privacy and security. We do not tolerate leaks. If we become aware of leaks we will take the necessary steps to prevent it! No compromise/exceptions. We stand for security. We stand for privacy." If the release was leaked into some p2p site, how did PURiTY knew about this already in the same day just after it was uploaded there? Lets dig deeper... Google reveals that the provided link in the PURiTY's notice is a private p2p torrent site which specialises on trance music only. I repeat: music genre Trance only. Lets run some predb about PURITY's stats... Bingo: Trance: 1,881 (93.77%), with total of over 2000 web releases since September 2012. Average price of a release in a webstore is like 5USD. So lets say 5USD x 2000 = 10,000 US Dollars. You believe PURiTY spent 10k on WEB mp3s since September? Doesn't look real does it? So it brings up another question. Where did PURiTY get all those mp3s from? So if you think back, we already know PURiTY is a member of the torrent site which release trance music, so is PURiTY. So let's dig even deeper... There are some examples of some latest PURiTY's pres and etc. It will help you to understand how secure and how l33t PURiTY is. They pred a notice about their leaked stuff into that site in the same day it was leaked (while the release itself is much older), so that indicates that at least one of PURiTY's members is the daily visitor there (even at Christmas). Same with webstreams, that site was ripping those for years, probably PURiTY is outsourced already so they started preding webstreams too (same size, same length). I did wider screens to show you that the torrent site was ripping streams for a while too. Also another reminder from the past: 1-2 years ago SRG and SSR were cought for stealing trance music related releases from the very same torrent site, so it indicates that the place is a goldmine for WEB groups. It also explains why PURiTY's stuff cannot be found very much at public, Google and etc. - that is because they use private torrent sites and I bet they use more than one. It also proves that they steal it from torrent sites and not vise versa, because PURiTY do not share it even inside the scene, so for P2P it makes it impossible to leak it from the scene, rename it and etc. So, all of you, who still think how secure and l33t PURiTY is - think again. Facts are very clear. Also a bit more. The release they pred with the notice named as Chugunny_Skorohod-Pidory_Idut-READNFO-MERRY_XMAS-WEB-RU-2012-PURiTY_iNT does have one track included. The song is from 2002 some Russian rap and yes, I tried to find it where to buy it, but no results. So they probably took it from Google or YouTube - it does have a video clip and it really represents PURiTY. The song is about faggots (pidory idut - faggots walking). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This notice is a request for PURiTY to be scenebanned/delpred because it is very clear it is an p2p based group and thank God they don't spread their shit to the scene, but use global pre - which should be cut off.
