[killermal of RiSC]: im a courier for risc, also helping out in blizzard/justic [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: How long have you been trading for risc now? [killermal of RiSC]: about 2-3 months [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: You trade Europe sites I assume? [killermal of RiSC]: yer, also support a few US sites [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: How do you do on the US sites as opposed to the Europe sites? [killermal of RiSC]: well i only trade on a few US sites, the ones i generaly support are supported will by other european traders well, so its about equal [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: I see, do you think if you traded US only that you'd probably do good since your used to Eurpean trading(by far faster)? [killermal of RiSC]: i guess, although their are a lot of good US couriers [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Yeah I'm not saying they are bad ;-) [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: And in justic and blizzard, what do you do there? [killermal of RiSC]: i help with packing/preing/supplying, general stuff [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Sounds good to me. Which groups got you started in the scene? [killermal of RiSC]: well i got started coding for heritage about a year - year half ago maybe [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: What did you code, like installers and stuff? [killermal of RiSC]: mainly keygen templates and stuff for cracking usage [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Not bad, think you are the first person I have interviewed to code for a group ;-) What did you do after heritage? [killermal of RiSC]: well i coded for a few groups around that time, like priority [killermal of RiSC]: i was coding and really hanging around the util scene for about 4 months [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: So if you started out coding for groups, how did you start couriering? [killermal of RiSC]: ah yes, well i was added on a few sites as leech for my work [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Of course ;-) [killermal of RiSC]: i got quite interested in how this stuff was moved etc. and wanted to start experimenting [killermal of RiSC]: so i asked poacher (heritage leader) about it. he got me onto a few sites and i started moving some files via. fxp i guess just around some small sites [killermal of RiSC]: i guess i was doing this for 2-3 months, i then got the oppertunity to join MSN... possibly one of the biggest mistakes i made on the scene was quitting MSN [killermal of RiSC]: but since i left i think i learned a lot of valubale lessons about respect etc. and how to conduct yourself on the scene [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: For the new people to the scene, how should people respect people/groups and conduct themselves? [killermal of RiSC]: dont join groups for material aspects, its more about friendship with other members of the group and gaining respect for them [killermal of RiSC]: i just hope no one makes the same mistakes as me in the future, another thing to mention, is dont get too addicted to trading [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Because it can conflict with your real aspects of life ? [killermal of RiSC]: rite. just take it steady, or u end up devoting way too much time to the scene and changing ure attitude in real life [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Did you ever get addicted to trading? I grew a beard from trading once ;p [killermal of RiSC]: i guess i still am, but im trying to get my real life sorted as well now [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Do you think groups can be responsible for this, telling members to trade hard etc ? [killermal of RiSC]: i dont think its about group pressure, i think trading is just very addictive [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Those are good points to make to people that are just now coming to the trading scene... [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: Could the other parts of warez scene, Cracking etc, be just as addictive? [killermal of RiSC]: prehaps, as its primarly about compotition.. although i think crackers tend to have much more of a grip of life [CWS Interviewer (skimp)]: So since you have learned from your mistakes, what do you plan to do to 'make them better'? Anyway, this was a (well we dont keep records anymore atm but ..) record-setting week for Risc, surpassing Aod's old record they claimed with 464 points. Easily recognised by wery bad quality shaky picture you can hear lotsa talk and laughing in the background, basicly this shit i NOT worth watching. TELESYNC: Well just a better version of a cam or i might say much better. Steady base not as much or basicly none background talk. The quality is much better than a cam but not perfect, the picture may not be entirely straight not zoomed to the exact middle of the screen so you might miss 2inches from the left side etc. Basicly every thing you can expect from a tripod mounted cam in a theatre. Can be worth watching if its not a film you waited ages for. but remember some telesyncs are better than other. WORKPRINT: A very early release of a movie, copyed from vhs into vcd. Usualy containing timecodes and other marks that any non finished movie is containing. SCREENERS: State of the art movie, can even be widescrean. Top quality sound and video.
