Hi, fellows! Maybe you also like the Missing Link BBS and sysop Black? ;-)) You know your amiga? You wanna talk about Arexx or OS 2.0? You have any problem (Term, CPS, etc.)? That's fine with me! Just give it a try, the BBS shouldn't be too busy, many leechers have been kicked, so the quality improved ... Technical details: the BBS is running on 57600 baud, OS 2.0 and tuned up by a 30Mhz-68030 and a 36Mhz-68882, ultra-fast DMS- and WRP-checking. User-CPS-record (text-file): 3.729 CPS !! Also running the newest US-R with 16800 Baud. Since I am an Arexx-freak, everything is totally automagically controlled via Arexx and CygnusEd. All new warez are checked af- ter the uploader loggs off, archive-integrity is tested. The num- ber of successfull downloads for each file is calculated, the file-size adjusted, empty rows inserted (better readability!) (All this just takes a few seconds after logoff). On the Missing Link, all directory-entries are TRUE! File-Size is always correct, "P" stands for tested archive, "N" for non- tested and "F" for failure. A <4> beneath the file-name means, it was downloaded (successfully) 4 times, an "OK" means, file is tested but never d/l. (So you can see, which stuff the users want!) Would be nice, if you ATDP +49-NO-LEECHERS in Wild Germany, I'm looking forward to some cool guys (no chance for leechers!) C U around !
