ETE-APP.EXE is εTεRNiTY's App Generator, coded by MindCrime of Chemical Youth. At the main menu, use the up or down arrow keys to select your choice. When filling out an application, use either the up and down arrow keys, or the Tab and Shift-Tab keys (which act like up and down arrow keys) to move the light bar to the desired field. Then enter the data you wish to be placed in the field. When done filling out the application, press the F10 key. If you have not filled out all the crucial information (the Generic Data at the top of the application), you will be notified. You MUST enter all of the Generic Data so that we may get in touch with you if/when needed, such as if you forgot to fill out one of the "Specialty Questions", such as your BBS name or # for a Dist Site app, or whether or not you can call LD for a courier app, etc. When done filling out the application, please view it in DOS and verify that all the information is correct (please view it in DOS because the generator still has a bug in it). When you have verified that the information contained in the application is correct, please upload the app to The House of Pain at (413)782-6819. The NUP is STRAPPED.
