Here are some notes from a TRN cracker - Martial Artist: -JJ Well its been a long time, but I am back with a new trainer. This time for a semi ok game called 'Pac In Time'. This game is actually Fury of the Furries with new characters, or so it seems. Anyhow, enjoy! By The Way.. I just got a job making video games for the Atari Jaguar, just thought I would mention that :) Thanx to Evil Current for being forced to send this to me :() Instructions: Unzip the trainer in your 'Pac In Time' directory (PAC) type PACTRN to run the trainer. Keys for use while playing the game: F1 - Toggle on and off Infinite Lives. F2 - Toggle on and off Timer. F3 - Add a life (you will not notice it has added a life till you die, the game does not update the lives while in play.) F4 - Give yerself some more Time. F5 - Give yerself all the Weapons.. (you wont see them at first, but they are there.) F6 - Finish the level, and go to the next (level skip.) Technical Information: (for you tech junkies) The datasegment we want is located at the games interrupt 9 segment, offset FDCD hex. Lives lie at DS:1F08 (byte), Time lies at DS:B8FC (word), Weapons lie at DS:b814 (4 words) 0100 = you got it - 0000 = you dont, DS:55A0 hold the level that you will be warped to - DS:1FCA placing a 6 at this location enables the level warp to take place. For infinite lives and time: The codesegment we want lies at the games interrupt 9 segment. CS:2B8B holds the time decrement (4 bytes : FF 0E FC B8) CS:6C8A holds the lives decrement (4 bytes : FF 0E 08 1F). Loader Information: The loader was programmed in 100% asm (turbo assembler of cauz). The logo was made with 3d Studio, the font is from Deluxe Paint. The Waterfall is a 64k Fractal, the fractal is generated real time when you run the intro. The waterfall effect is done by having a small window pan along the 64k fractal map, adding some funky scaling routines, we get the desired results. THERE IS NO COLOR CYCLING.
