Some notes about the loader / source code:
1) The source code is 100% assembly and uses TASM's wonderful IDEAL
mode (how could anyone live without it?). So, if you don't have
TASM, then I guess you're screwed.
2) I worked on this thing for about a span of two months (yep, a
really long time for a small loader), but I do have other pro-
jects, including school and Extended MikMod (XMM).
3) I programmed it on a 386DX/25 and have also tested it on Rao's
486DX2/66 (Whoa! And I thought it ran nice on my machine! ;)
4) No, Pinball Wizard is not a member of HaRDCoDE.
5) I have no clue why, but for some odd reason, I have to run
debug.bat twice to get the loader to it's smallest possible
pre-compressed size.
