Don't get me wrong, LSD is a wonderful piece of software (and that's why I run it), but aesthetically speaking, it's maybe not the most colorful thing out there. So I decided to stop whining and create some of my own menus to supplement what LSD had to offer. Let me stop bullshitting now and tell you how to use them. Just copy all the files in this .zip into your \LSD\TEXTFILE directory (or whatever you happen to call it on your system). It might be a better idea to copy *.ANS into your textfile directory, since a few lame board ads might get thrown into this zip. What's included in here are all 28 Ansi LSD Menus (Every menu there is), and an updated EDITHELP.ANS, which is the file displayed when you hit ^U in the LSD Full Screen Editor (the help screen). The EDITHELP.ANS also goes in your \LSD\TEXTFILE dir. I didn't include ASCII menus, since I didn't feel like doing another 28 menus, and besides, who doesn't have ansi anyway? If one of you sysops really needs them, you can create them yourself by changing the .ANS extension to .ASC (as if you didn't know that already). If persuaded, (and if people think these menus are decent), I might do some menus for other BBS software, who knows. It seems as if colorful and artistic software such as ViSiON-X, PRiSM, etc., seems to be catching on, so there may be the need for some.
