The game doesn't update your stats in a nice friendly way so don't panic if you hit a key and it doesn't look like your tension has dropped or your condoms have gone up. The toggle on/off of some keys gives you most of the keys to open most of the doors. The Backspace key gives you ALL the keys. To win the game in right away, hit backspace and 6. Then go south. You will exit and win the game. The X-Ray specs are helpful.
