The modular architecture of the software reproduces the features of vintage analog synths, allowing you to construct instruments on the fly by patching different modules together from the module library. The library includes many analog type modules, but also modules simulating acoustic objects and instruments such as beams, plates, strings, tubes, etc. The Tassman makes no distinction between different module types which means that you can reproduce your favorite vintage analog synthesizer, recreate or invent acoustic instruments, but also combine analog and acoustic modules to create very innovative hybrid constructions. The Tassman generates sound by simulating the different modules through physical modeling. This technology uses the laws of physics to reproduce the behavior of an object. In other words the Tassman solves mathematical equations describing how an object functions. It uses no sampling or wave table synthesis, it simply calculates the sound as you play in accordance to the controls it receives. Features Real time response. 32 bit sound Polyphonic.
