It slices a rhythm loop into its individual beats/events and then saves each beat/event into a separate a wave file. After that, it creates a groove file with position information for each beat/event in the loop. The new BeatSlicer 1.02c has a new slicing algo and much better communication with Fruityloops. All of these files are imported by FruityLoops to automatically create a pattern so you can listen to the complete loop on the press of Play.
