Emulating TERMTRN1.BAT in DOSee.

Use these tabs to make adjustments to the emulation

If the emulation is taking too long to load, you can turn it off.

Reload DOSee to launch the DOS prompt

Applying changes will reload the page and reboot the emulator

Changes are not applied until the browser tab is reloaded

DOS programs need a keyboard for user input
Some common keys used in DOS programs

ENTER to select or continue
ESC to navigate back or exit
are often used to navigate menus

Emulation too slow?
Set the emulator to use maximum CPU speed

Emulation too fast?
Set the emulator to use the 8086 CPU configuration

Need to turn off the audio?
Disable sound card support

Have no audio?
  1. Try SoundBlaster 1.0 hardware
  2. Try Covox Sound Master hardware
  3. The song or audio file maybe missing from the program
  4. Audio may not be supported
Unlike other systems of the era, audio for DOS was unfortunately complicated for both programmers and end users alike. A lot of early scene software didn't bother including it. While those that did often didn't test it on all the hardware they supposedly supported.

DOSee pronounced dos/see, is our emulator used to run MS-DOS based software in your web browser.

MS-DOS (Microsoft DOS) was the primary operating system used by PCs during the 1980s to the early 1990s and is the precursor to Microsoft Windows.

DOSee is a slimmed down, modified port of The Emularity.

The Emularity is a multi-platform JavaScript emulator that supports the running of software for legacy computer platforms in a web browser. It is the same platform that's running emulation on the Internet Archive.

EM-DOSBox is a discontinued, high-performance JavaScript port of DOSBox that is applied by The Emularity for its emulation of the MS-DOS platform.

DOSee uses BrowserFS ZipFS and ZipFS Extras to simulate zip file archives as hard disks within EM-DOSBox.

DOSBox is the most popular MS-DOS emulator in use today and is frequently used by commercial game publishers to run games from their back-catalogues on modern computers.

----------------- INC '91 Presents! ----------------- -------------------------- The Terminator VGA Trainer -------------------------- Based on a crack by Jake Pickett of INC Version 1.1 - This version includes "terminat.com" so that users with the THG crack can run the cheat as well. It also fixes the trainer key names because they were changed to comma, period, and slash. ----------------------- Version 1.0 - This game is decent and SLOW! Even in low resolution the game speed is slow. Anyways, for you Terminator buffs out there who just couldn't get enough of Arnold's latest move, Terminator II, Terminator:The game is out. This trainer may work on EGA but it wasn't tested. Also included are the quick docs typed up by Line Noise. It's for those who have the THG release. The game does support Adlib and Soundblaster but you have to type the parameter in when you run "term.exe". Unfortunately, the INC crack doesn't have the "%1" in it's batch file for you to run the sound card. As for the trainer, you get unlimited bullets, health and you can keep adding $1000 cash to buy stuff. To run the trainer, you have to run the batch file that comes with it. It'll load the TSR INC crack for the game and then the trainer, and then the game itself. It will automatically run the Soundblaster so if you have an adlib, you have to change the batch file yourself. For some reason, I get hangups when I use the PC speaker sound and play the game (trainer wasn't made yet). I don't know the reason so refrain from using it for this game. Things not to do: 1) Don't run this game a second time because it'll hang. 2) The trainer will not work if you quit your current game and change your settings to something else. --- Boy does this game use the keyboard to the max or what? Other notes --- In my Back to the Future Part III trainer, I forgot to include how to run it properly. You have to add in the extra parameters that defines your current setup. To find it, look at your BF.BAT file and jot down the extra stuff to the right of the executable file, CHAIN. You need to add them when running the trainer. i.e. If you have an adlib, VGA and running from a hard drive, you will see "CHAIN V A 3" in your BF.BAT file. To run the trainer, you have to type "BF3TRN0 V A 3". If any of my other trainers fail to work on your system properly, contact me on Out of Reach, Celerity or LSD nets. Please tell me your current computer setup (i.e. 286/386 EGA/VGA Adlib/soundblaster/PC speaker etc). - Rescue Raider [INC] Other July '91 trainers include: The Terminator, Lin Wu's Challenge, Back to the Future Part III Other June '91 trainers include: Castles money cheat, Armor Alley, D-Generation, Logical, Skull and Crossbones, Shiftrix, Martian Dreams Character Editor, Martian Dreams VGA Other May '91 trainers include: Lemmings C/E/VGA, Never Ending Story II, F-29 Retaliator, Slordax, Elite Plus, Prehistorik, Sarakon, Gold of the Aztecs, Mighty Bomb Jack, Predator II
