With the help of the special algorithms-rules organized as Styles SE2.1 analyzes MIDI-sequences and inserts or changes the commands to the following controls, Tempo, Start Time, Duration, Velocity, Volume, Pitch Wheel, Modulation, Panning etc. The result of this transformation is, a MIDI file that sounds like a live musician performing on a real instrument. Using other settings you can achieve unreal sounding MIDI files. These would be interesting from a musical point of view, and fully controllable using SE2.1 Style Enhancer 2.1 includes a Library of 30 Styles. The Styles allow you to imitate the performance of various instruments and to execute global, context sensitive transformations of MIDI-sequences. Besides transformation of MIDI-data with the purpose of performance modeling, SE2.1 has some MIDI-sequenser functions - inserting, deleting and editing both the notes and controllers, quantizing and filtration of MIDI-data, and also the Adjuster - a very convenient tool for adjusting and transformation of a wide range of a score parameters in real time.
