It requieres no additional hardware to have those killer sounds from the 60's and 70's at your fingertips. You can play the Retro AS-1 live or from your sequencer. Retro AS-1 works with DirectSound, ASIO cards, ReWire, MAS 2.0, DirectIO, and DirectConnect. That means integration with products such as Cubase VST, Logic, Digital Performer, ProTools and CakeWalk. If you've got a Midi controller sucha as the Phat Boy, you can control the synth parameters in real-time.
