I put this file out so that you know what you can expect when they'll come for you (and believe me..they're gonna come for you sooner or later, at least if you're an important figure of the scene, they don't really care about lamers!). Well i hope i can help some people with this textfile! MANiAC, sysop of MANiAC ZoNE & ex- INC EURO VICE PRESIDENT The Greets: I Also would like to greet all the people in scene who it was very nice to work with, especially with Iceman/INC (keep it up maybe INC Europe will ever be the best again), Charlie/INC (you're our best courier, keep it up!), RedSkin/TDT (call me voice sometimes), Phil/TDT (don't get busted the scene needs boards like yours!),Devestator/INC USA try to help Iceman with rebuilding INC & Teddy INC: Digital Underground was great !! With this i also quit all my official activities in the scene i will only stick to console for now and on! And ofcourse all the great people who helped me starting up: SPX MEGA for his help to fix my USR, to SKY STORM, TIMETRAVELLER'N & WiCO for all their help with PCEXPRESS (i must have been a real pain in the ass!) to AXiOM CODEX for his help to fix my H/P/V/C confie, and finally to BAMBAM for kicking me off his board ten times and letting me on again heheh! The Story: 15/12/92 7:15 AM This is when the nightmare started, the police broke in my appartment, they entered the appartment with 10 (!!) people, woke me up, showed their ID's and on my request they showed their search warranty, and told me i was suspected of fraud, commerce in stolen property, theft and a few other things, oh yeah i also broke the copyright laws i believe. They confiscated all my computer equipment and computer related items. 15/12/92 10:15 AM After being transported to a detention cell in a nearby city, i was brought up to the officer of justice (aka public prosecutor), and he repeated the charges consisting in breaking art 111,113, 225 & 326 of the Dutch constitution. 15/12/92 1:00 PM Police logged in using my scripts on both Logic Systems & DownTown BBS. I was also heard by the police and discovered the charges where for carding, selling carded (thus stolen) items, blueboxing and abusing at&t dial direct service (thus fraud). Well i found out they already knew everything so i confessed (yeah i really did!). Then i asked them how they knew all these things and they told me my cosysop told them (Mammon), he was busted before me but i had no idea what he done, but so i found out, he was busted for carding (he made some stupid mistake), and he decided to tell everything about me (nice to have such friends!, talking about lame!!). 15/12/92 7:00 PM Talked to laywer, laywer didn't understand a lot about this he thought it was a big fuzz about nothing (yeah so we had the same opinion heheheh). 16/12/92 11:00 AM Another hearing, police wanted my statements on carding. 16/12/92 3:00 PM Another statement on bluebox and other things (06-LAME a few other things, well i guess most of you know it, so i don't need to explain it..). 17/12/92 10:00 AM Explanation of INC as organization (they're going to check Nightranger's bank account for all foreign money deposits). They also wanted to know how the courier system worked (Mammon was courier for INC), and all about they original suppliers. 17/12/92 3:00 PM Explanation of Bulletin Board Systems and Contribution system ( abo's, also commerce in stolen property hehehe!) 18/12/92 10:00 AM Nightmare ended! I was released! 6/5/93 Talked to judge-commisionary about case nothing special. I will release a text of the trial when i come to one ! Meanwhile: keep up the good work and support your local sysop! Well most of you know it was my cosysop MAMMON/iNC this asshole got busted for using the PBX on Eurocard (only lamers use PBX of these companies anyway!), so when Eurocard received a 15000$ phonebill, they asked the telecom to put a trace on it, andy they did, so then they busted hisass for telecom fraud! And then he immediately gave away my name! So you know howit all started in the first place! Anyway! Don't use PBX !! To dangerous !! 19/1/94 Hmm cool, the postman gave me a court envelope, the distric attorney has decided that if i pay a dfl 1000,- fine he will settle with that .. yeah i think i'm gonna settle with this!
